change of start time

Session start time changed for Saturday 18th December

Training for the Elite squad and Senior squad on Saturday 18th December has changed for that day only due to the revised festive opening hours.The sessions start at 10am not 9am.

Elite train 10-1pm

Senior 10-12pm

Tumbling squads as normal 12-1pm    1pm -2pm

Development and Advanced Squads as normal 12-2pm.

Trampolining squads as normal 12 - 3pm.

Awards Saturday  (Christmas Shopping Saturday) –   Saturday 11^th December   -  9.30am to 12 noon

Members of the Recreation Classes are invited to come along on Saturday 11^th of December from 9.30am until 12 noon where they will be taught and tested on ten moves from the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme. Those that pass eight moves will receive a badge and a certificate and those that don't will receive a certificate for attending. The certificates will be presented at 11.45am. The morning costs £8 which includes refreshments.

 You do not need to stay with your children hence the reason why it's called 'Christmas Shopping Saturday' an ideal opportunity to do a little xmas shopping! There will be a display at 11.30am by some of the Elite gymnasts from the' City of Lancaster Gymnastics Club'.

The last day of this term is: Saturday 18^th December for the Development Squad and Thursday 16^th December for the Junior Group. (Please note Development Group training is cancelled 12-2pm on the 11^th December)
